American Legion Park

Legion Park is located adjacent to Park Elementary School and the Le Sueur Community Center. Legion Park has a large shelter with restroom facilities, a playground, an outdoor swimming pool and public gardens. It is the site of the annual Giant Celebration the first full weekend in August and is home to a war memorial and flagpole. The City baseball field is adjacent.

Mayo Park Arboretum

Mayo Park is located off County Road 28 just north of Le Sueur near the north Highway 169 exit ramp. Mayo Park has a beautiful brick shelter with restrooms, walking trails, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, disc golf course, a small gazebo and an arboretum with extensive floral display areas. The Mayo Park shelter may be reserved by call the Community Center at (507) 665-3325.

Jo Eagle Anderson Park

Jo Eagle Anderson Park is located in a residential area next to the Minnesota Valley Health Center Complex (Hospital) and the Joint Services Building (Ambulance, Civil Defense and Paratransit Garage). This is the City softball park. There is also a concession stand with restrooms, a concrete basketball court, a playground and a sand volleyball court.

Mother Louise Park

Mother Louise Park is located at 118 N Main Street, adjacent to the W.W. Mayo House. The park is home to the beautiful Mothers Louise sculpture and flower gardens.

River Park

River Park is located off Highway 93 at the west entrance to Le Sueur. A popular fishing spot, it has a boat launch, restroom facilities and nature trails. This is the only Le Sueur park in which overnight camping is allowed. For more information on camping in River Park, contact the Le Sueur Police Department at (507) 665-2041.

Bruce Frank Field

Bruce Frank Field is home to local baseball including the Le Sueur/Henderson High School Giants, The Le Sueur Braves and Le Sueur/Henderson Legion Baseball teams. Frank Field is located adjacent to the Le Sueur Community Center and has updated team benches, stadium bench seating, a concession stand and restrooms. Frank Field has hosted several district, regional and state tournaments.

Le Sueur Community Center

The Le Sueur Community Center is owned and operated by the City of Le Sueur, and is open to the public. Housed within the facility are a heated swimming pool, an ice arena with a spectator area, gymnasium, 2 racquetball courts (convertible for wallyball), 2 fitness rooms (also usable for meetings, events, birthday parties, etc.) fitness area and weight room. There is also a concession area open during special events and a kitchenette in each fitness room. The facility is handicap accessible and is air conditioned in the summer months.
